1st stage

First, you need to ask a question that still has no solution and is related to the company’s situation. This question has no right or wrong answer.

Here, the purpose is to engage the entire team.  In presenting the issue, describe the challenge clearly and concisely so that everyone understands the question.

2nd stage 

Second, there is the part where employees start to exchange information and relate their previous experiences with the problem that needs a solution. 

However, connections should not be presented just by speaking or using documents and other papers, but rather LEGO bricks.

In this creativity training, the team must create a model. Using your hands reactivates a part of your memory, which certainly provides a new way of finding the answer. The goal is to build a story with values ​​and meanings.

3rd stage

Now, thirdly, it’s time to share the stories out loud with the other participants, even if simpler or more complex, it doesn’t matter, everything must be shared.

4th stage
